Service Description

- up to 2 hour newborn session. - sibling and parent portraits included - 10 digital high resolution images. Your full gallery of a minimum of 20 images in both colour and black and white will be viewable where you will then be able to select your chosen 10 final images. *The amount of time and images captured per session can vary due to all newborn sessions being baby led. Cancellation Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Sessions Fees The session fee covers the photographer’s time and talent and is due at the time of booking. Session fees taken for any portrait photography session are non-refundable except in the event that Issy Kennedy cancels the booking. The client may cancel a session at any time but in doing so shall forfeit any monies paid. A session may be rescheduled with no loss of fee if notified via telephone or email 48 prior to the session. 2. Price of products Upon booking a session please make sure you have fully viewed the price list and all terms and conditions. It is presumed every Client has read the price list. 3. Fulfillment of obligations I shall not be liable to the Client for any failure, in whole or in part, to fulfill their obligations where failure arises as a result of an event or circumstances beyond their control, which may include (but are not limited to) equipment failure, inclement weather, illness or injury. The Client understands and accepts that the Photographic coverage will be as photographers professional expertise determines. Special requests are not binding instructions although every effort is made to comply with the Clients wishes. 4. Gallery Once your session has been complete, online galleries are uploaded of all orders with watermarked complete pictures for your viewing. You can then select any pictures you would like to order, packages etc and complete orders. All orders and payment in full is due at this time. All portrait orders are final and cannot be changed or refunded for any reason. There is no guarantee that any particular number of images will be produced from your session. 5. Artistic input I shall be entitled to use their judgment regarding the style and artistic input in the production of pictures. This includes but is not limited to poses, props and number of images taken. Due the willingness of subjects it may not be possible to capture all the pictures requested, or images to the clients full expectations. The Client is responsible for all children at all sessions. Images are fully edited before presenting to Client. Additional edits are carried out at the discretion of Issy Kennedy. No RAW images are given at any time. 6. Copyright and reproduction Copyright is retained at all times throughout the world. No image can be copied, scanned or reproduced in any form whatsoever without prior consent or complete gallery having been purchased. The Client may not alter, add to or manipulate a picture by any means or reproduce a picture in whole or in part as an element within, or as a montage. Permission to reproduce a picture for personal use (not commercial) is granted to the Client only when digital images are purchased and paid for in full by the client. 7. Use of pictures I will use Clients images for the purposes of display, advertising, portfolio, publication or promotion unless Clients expressly decline. 8. Receipt of portraits, wall art or products All orders are presumed to have been received in good condition unless the Client notifies in writing of any discrepancy or error within 7 days of receipt. 9. Cooling off period All portraits, books, albums, frames, etc are non refundable. Orders are made to the Clients personal specification, (i.e. image number, print size, frame style etc), the Client does not have the right to a cooling off period. By placing an order you are committing to buy the ordered products. 10. Returns policy Incorrectly supplied items and items of poor quality can be returned and will be replaced at no extra charge to the Client. Returns will not be considered for incorrectly ordered items or items ordered in error. 11. Deleted images All images are archived 3 months after gallery viewings and held for 24 months before being deleted. It is clients responsibility to ensure images are saved within this timeframe. 12. images online It is illegal to attempt to download, or to attempt to remove a watermark from, any image taken and posted online by Issy Kennedy Photography for any reason. Should an image online be saved via any means, and used elsewhere without the written permission of Issy Kennedy Photography, whether the copyright has been removed or not, a copyright infringement fee of £150 per image will be applied. 13. payment Issy Kennedy Photography is under no obligation to provide sneak previews or dedicate time to editing a client’s photos until full payment has been received. Issy Kennedy Photography will not start any gallery retouching/editing on finalised images until all payments have been finalised. The remaining of your chosen collection has to be paid in full before the day of your session or at the latest on the date of your scheduled session.
